How long does shipping take for bedding and bath orders?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. We also offer a next-day delivery service for orders placed before 2pm, Monday through Friday.
What is your return policy for pillows and duvets?
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on pillows, duvets, and mattress protectors if they are unopened and in their original packaging. You have 365 days to return most other items.
How do I choose the right duvet tog for the season?
We recommend a 4.5 tog for summer, a 9 or 10.5 tog for spring/autumn, and a 13.5 or 15 tog for the cold winter months. Our 'All Seasons' duvets offer the ultimate flexibility.
