At Soak&Sleep, we want you to love your home comforts, which is why we offer a 100-day return policy for peace of mind. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original packaging to ensure they remain clean and protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your receipt to track your return until it reaches our warehouse.
